Since our founding in 1950, we have combined traditional craftsmanship with a relentless drive for innovation. We specialize in the production of reed wire— a highly specialized flat wire used in loom reeds— dedicated to solving our customers' most complex challenges.
By meticulously tailoring each product to meet specific requirements, we have built a foundation of trust with a global clientele. Our deep expertise and R&D capabilities are our greatest assets. Today, as Japan's sole manufacturer of reed wire, we proudly export 70% of our production worldwide while remaining a vital supplier to the domestic market. 幅・厚み共に公差±０．００１～０．００２ｍｍ以下の仕上がり。
直線性
自社開発した治具で矯正しており、直線性に優れている。
表面粗度
自社開発した研磨機を用い、表面は鏡面のように美しい。
表面硬度
厳選された原材料を特殊な伸線機で伸線し、切削せず全面圧延を何度も繰り返すことにより、表面 硬度が高くなり捩じれがない。
