Since our founding in 1950 as a manufacturer with skilled craftsmanship, we have dedicated ourselves to solving our customers' problems through the production of niche product called reed wire, which is flat wire used for loom reeds.
By meticulously crafting each product one by one to meet individual requests, we believe that we have earned the trust of numerous customers. The solid expertise and development capabilities we have cultivated in this way are our most valuable assets. We are now the only reed wire manufacturer in Japan, exporting 70% of our output worldwide, while also supplying domestic needs. We will continue to relentlessly pursue our unique technology to fulfill our customers' needs every day.

CHARACTERISTICS
形 状
切削せず全面圧延による塑性変形で形状が安定している。
精 度
幅・厚み共に公差±０．００１～０．００２ｍｍ以下の仕上がり。
直線性
自社開発した治具で矯正しており、直線性に優れている。
表面粗度
自社開発した研磨機を用い、表面は鏡面のように美しい。
表面硬度
厳選された原材料を特殊な伸線機で伸線し、切削せず全面圧延を何度も繰り返すことにより、表面 硬度が高くなり捩じれがない。
SHAPE
The shape is stable due to plastic deformation achieved by full-surface rolling without cutting.
SIZE ACCURACY
Both width and thickness tolerances are ±0.002mm or less.
STRAIGHTNESS
We correct flat wires using tools developed in-house, ensuring superior straightness.
SURFACE ROUGHNESS
Using our in-house developed polishing machines, the surface achieves a beautiful
mirror-like finish.
SURFACE HARDNESS
The carefully selected raw materials are drawn using specialized wire drawing machines, then repeatedly rolled across the entire surface without cutting. This process increases surface hardness and eliminates distortion.
